CodeCraft often serves as a subconsultant to other urban planning firms. As a subconsultant, CodeCraft capitalizes on its professional experience in zoning code reform and performs key project tasks, such as the drafting of updated zoning maps, proposed development standards, document layout design, code organizational structure, and zoning regulation language. In these arrangements, the prime consultant may take the lead on project management and communications, community engagement, graphics development and branding, and long-term comprehensive planning activities.
We are open to serving prime consultants on a per-hour or per-task basis, depending on the specific arrangement. Please note that we are happy to offer special rates for high-volume project partners.
