
Under a sub-contract agreement with OHM Advisors, I guided the City of Garfield Heights through the code overhaul process, amending their zoning map, the zoning code, and aligning all references in other areas of the Codified Ordinances.

In this project, I helped this charming college town adopt language that promoted greater housing options, mixed-use corridors, and sustainable energy generation (e.g., home solar).

In Bowling Green, I navigated the challenges of a university town and helped the city to adopt multiple mixed-use districts that promoted walkability, to strengthen tree preservation and sign code language, and to slash parking minimums.
